DO I NEED TO COME IN STORE TO BUY FROM YOU?
As we are an online business, we do not accept walk-in purchases. To order from us, please use our website to search and buy your parts online at great prices! We offer Click & Collect so you can order online and collect in person at your local warehouse once your order is ready. We’ll notify you via email.
WILL YOU DELIVER MY ORDER?
Yes! We aim to deliver your full order, but in cases where stock is split between locations, we may dispatch it in parts. If there are any issues, we’ll contact you before dispatch. For Click & Collect, you’ll need to pick up your order from your selected branch.
I AM A BUSINESS OWNER — CAN I GET TRADE PRICES?
Absolutely. Existing customers can speak to our customer service team. New customers can use the “Contact Us” form with your details and we’ll reply within 24 hours.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE NATIONALLY?
- Metro (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide): 1–2 business days
- Perth, Canberra, Darwin, Hobart: 3–7 business days
- Regional & Rural: 3–7 business days

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! We can ship internationally, but cannot send parts longer than 105cm. Refer to our Terms and Conditions or contact us directly for support.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIMES?
Typically 7 days to 1 month depending on destination. Refer to our Terms and Conditions for more details.
IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION SAFE?

WHAT IF THE PART I ORDERED DOESN’T FIT?
We’ll accept the return if the part is unused and in original packaging. Unsure about fitment? Contact your nearest branch or email us before purchasing.
I RECEIVED A WRONG OR FAULTY ITEM
We follow Australian consumer law and will accept returns or exchanges for faulty or incorrect items. See our warranty and Terms and Conditions for more info.
IS THERE WARRANTY ON THE PARTS?
Yes. Most mechanical, electrical, and cooling products include a 1-year warranty from invoice date. You’ll need your original invoice. Warranty covers product only — not labour, postage, or handling. See our Terms and Conditions for full warranty terms.
