Do I need to come in store to buy from you? 

Not at all! You can order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Otherwise, feel free to call our experienced sales team during our trade hours. 

Are there any extra charges using my credit card? 

We charge 1.5% for all credit/debit card (credit accounts) purchases over the counter or by phone. 

Will you deliver my order? 

Yes, we will try our best to get the stock to you in one delivery. If any part of  your order is temporarily out of stock at the closest branch to your location, we are able to do split deliveries where there is stock available from another branch. If there is any issues regarding your order we will contact you prior to dispatch. 

I am a business owner and I would like to buy your products in bulk. Can I get trade prices? 

Certainly! As we would like to get to know you, please send us an email telling us who you are, what you do and where you are located. Our friendly staff will get back to you and help you out within 24 hours. 

I live overseas, do you deliver internationally? 

Yes! We are able to ship all over the world! If you are unsure, please not do not hestitate to send our staff an email or give us a call. 

How long will it take me to receive my order nationally? 

  • Metropolitan Areas: 1 ~ 3 days
  • Country/Rural: 2 ~ 5 days
  • Interstate: 3 ~ 7 days

How long will it take me to receive my order internationally? 

International deliver times can be anywhere between 3 days to 1 month. Depends on the service chosen by our sales team or by you. 

On Australia Post - Express International Delivery - delivery time is roughly 3 ~ 5 days. (Preferred service)

How do I know you will not give out my personal details? 

We take our responsibilities with your personal details seriously. We will only give out your details to courier companies for deliveries. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Refund 

We generally do not accept refunds, returns or exchange an item once it has been purchased unless it is faulty. Any decision to refund or exchange an item is at our discretion. Please contact us on (02) 9729 2828 for more details.

Is there warranty on the parts I order? 

Yes, there is a 1 year warranty to all mechanical, electrical and cooling products, which starts on the day the invoice is processed for your order. You must produce the original copy of the invoice a long with the product if you would like to claim for a refund or replacement under warranty. The warranty only covers for the product(s) only and does not cover for labour, postage or handling.
