Click & Collect Info Hub

From 1st March 2023, we will be launching our Click and Collect service at all locations nationwide. This service is available for Retail and Trade customers and orders must be placed through our website. Unfortunately, orders made over the phone cannot be fulfilled through Click and Collect.

For Retail Users
Select the Click & Collect option during checkout. Once your order is processed, our staff will email you when it's ready for pick-up. Please review the email carefully, as it contains important information about the collection address and available pick-up times.

For Trade Users

Who qualifies as a Trade Customer? You must own a business within the automotive industy with a valid ABN, such as a mechanic shop, wreckers, panel beater etc.

If you haven't registered for a trade account with us and wish to, you can start by start registering for a trade account at our Create a New Trade Account button, enter your details in the form and our staff will review your application form. An email will be sent out once your account has been approved.
